Custer County Fair Vendor

OPEN: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

**** PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A SPONSOR OF THE FAIRGROUNDS YOUR SPOT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR SPONSORSHIP****

An 8’ table and 2 chairs will be at your booth. Please return the contract by July 19, 2024. Electricity is available for all indoor spaces and some outdoor spaces.

You may begin set up on Sunday, July 28th at 12:00 pm. The Custer County Ag Society reserves the right to move vendors to a different location for the best interest of the fair. All vendors must remove all property from the premises within 24 hours after the close of the fair (unless otherwise agreed upon by the Fairgrounds Staff Ben McCaslin or Hannah Pearson). Sales or displays are limited to the purpose set forth above. No subletting of vendor space is permitted without the written consent of the Administrator.

Security - The Custer County Ag Society will not be responsible for the damage due to fire, water, theft, or vandalism.

Responsibility - Vendor agrees to accept full responsibility for the conduct of his/her business and any claims resulting. Vendors agree not to sell or display anything that is unethical or in poor taste to the general public. The Custer County Ag Society has the right to close any vendor that does not adhere to the above statement.

Forfeiture - Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in the forfeiture of space and the Custer County Ag Society will not reimburse vendor fees paid.
